Job Overview
We are looking for young enthusiastic candidates who have knowledge on development in WordPress. Requirements are specified in the following points.
- Selected Candidate needs to work as a sole developer / work with other developers depending on the project.
- Selected Candidate needs to handle live projects from day 1.
- Selected Candidate need to maintain previously built WordPress websites.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proficient in HTML & strong command.
- Knowledge of CSS is a plus.
- Good understanding & knowledge of Plugins, Themes & integration.
- Working experience in SEO Plugins is added advantage .
- Knowledge of Elementor Plugin is a Plus.

Qualification
- No Formal qualification is mandatory but you need to have knowledge about WordPress.
- Graduate in any stream is preferred but not mandatory.
Age Limit
20-40 Years of Age. Freshers allowed.
Bond & Notice Period
Candidates may need to sign an NDA, Notice Period is 60 Days.
Renumeration
- For Fresher candidates, monthly ₹6,000-8,000 (Salary at Hand) .
- Fresher candidates will get promotion & Salary increase after 3 months if he / she performs well.
- For Experienced candidates, monthly ₹10,000-15,000 (Salary at Hand).
- Salary of Experienced candidates will be decided mutually based on his/her skill and level of experience.
- Candidates will be evaluated every 6 months for appraisal.
- Performance bonus of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 if he/she performs exceptionally well.
- Employee of the Month may get extra cash bonus of ₹1,000.
Other Benefits
12 Casual Leaves per year with prior approval unless medical reasons, Holidays on every Sunday and Central Govt. mandatory holidays.
